I had a very good experience taking your shuttle from Manhattan to JFK and want to thank you. The driver was Darrell and I appreicate him. He was a good driver and very polite, etc. Thank you.

... I might add that I found your transportation service to be excellent and would definitely ride with you again if I am in NYC. Specifically, the wait time at JFK was minimal. The driver into the city knew how to use alternate routes to avoid heavy traffic and get us there quickly (around 30 minutes, I seem to recall).
On the return to JFK, I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the driver. He arrived 20 minutes early to pick me up, which was welcomed. Despite having very heavy traffic (rush hour in the rain), he was able to use the radio to communicate with other drivers to find good routes and get us to JFK in about 90 minutes, which I would not have imagined possible under the circumstances.

I would like to express my appreciation for your driver, Jeffrey Miles, who went far beyond his duty as a driver. When he dropped me off at Newark Airport last Sunday, June 5, I left my carry-on bag in the van. I realized it as I was checking in at the ticket counter, and rushed down to ground transportation to try to contact Air Link before Mr. Miles left the airport. No sooner had I gotten to the counter, than Mr. Miles was right there with my bag.
This was service and concern I would not have expected on a busy Sunday afternoon, and I just want to say "thank you" to him and to the company. You can be sure I will use Air Link again in the future, and will write about this experience in my newspaper column in Atlanta .
Please let Mr. Miles know how much I appreciate his thoughtful action.

Our school group of 9 passengers arrived at JFK on Wed. May 9 and was picked up by one of your vans at approx. 12:45 p.m. We were dropped at the Hyatt Grand Central Station in Manhattan. Our driver was the best driver we experienced while in NY. He was friendly and courteous. The same driver picked us up at 5:40 a.m. on Sun. May 13 to take us back to JFK. Shortly after dropping us off, one of our students couldn't find her cell phone. We contacted your office and you had the driver look.
He did find that it had slipped between the seats and he brought it back to the airport. We don't know this driver's name, but we would like to commend him for his excellent service. Please pass along our appreciation to him.
